All I can say is… WE LOVE CLOTH! And we exclusively use Cloth Diapers Inc. for all of our needs! After ordering just one time from them, I was hooked! Within a month I felt confident enough to place two huge orders on items I could not see or touch or try out because of their excellent guidance on the phone! Everything was EXACTLY what I needed and even better than I expected! I was so impressed with the service, the time they took to help answer all my questions and help me place orders and the best products, prices and packages around to choose from! We will never go back! And we continue to tell our friends and recruit new cloth lovers to choose CDI because of their rewards program, knowledgeable clientele who LOVE THEIR JOBS and can ease every concern or doubt about going cloth. We especially love the free shipping so I feel like I can order one small thing or place a huge order at any time and not have to worry about extra cost and it always arrives within a day or two, but usually the NEXT DAY! We exclusively order our Charlie’s Soap here to wash our bright and fun FuzziBunz and they still look as new as the day we bought them! It is so nice to always have money left over from rewards to go towards every new purchase! We could not be happier with our experience, even when we have had to make returns or exchanges when we had an adoption fall through!
